Jelly Glitz Activator

Jelly Glitz Activator can turn any cosmetic, loose glitter and then it into a glitter gel. Comes in a 10ml glass dropper bottle. 

To use: add the desired amount of glitter into a container or mixing plate. Add 2-3 drops of activator and mix. Add another 1-2 drops until the desired consistency. Apply and let dry!

***Caution: comes in a glass bottle which will break if dropped***
